The PRIMUS ombudsman represents our customers in their dealings with PRIMUS. If you have a suggestion, problem or complaint about PRIMUS service that can't be solved through the normal channels, please contact the ombudsman at ombudsman@primushost.com.

The ombudsman's job is to address customer concerns that haven't been solved by PRIMUS' first-line support and sales teams, as well as overall suggestions and ideas. Support and Sales are still the main contacts for day-to-day PRIMUS services.
