If a copyright owner believes that a website hosted at PRIMUS is violating that copyright, a WRITTEN complaint should be sent to Michael Sprague, who is registered with US Copyright Office as PRIMUS's contact. The complaint should be sent to:

If a customer with a website hosted at PRIMUS believes copyrighted material is being violated at a site besides PRIMUS, that customer should make a written complaint to the ISP where the offending website is hosted.
